As part of our commitment to providing our customers with a clear and reliable experience, this page outlines our applicable terms and policies regarding warranty, returns, exchanges, refunds, tyres, batteries, spare parts, and services.

We kindly encourage our customers to review these policies carefully before purchasing any products or using our services. These terms are designed to clearly define the rights and responsibilities of all parties and to ensure the highest level of transparency in every transaction.

1. إجراءات المطالبة بضمان الإطارات Tire Limited Warranty Claim Procedure

العربية

• يجب تقديم الإطار محل المطالبة مرفقًا بفاتورة الشراء الأصلية.
• يتم إرسال الإطار للفحص من قبل وكيل الشركة المصنعة أو الجهة المعتمدة لديها.
• قد تستغرق عملية الفحص الكاملة من أسبوعين (2) إلى ثلاثة (3) أسابيع.
• يصدر القرار النهائي بعد الفحص والتحقيق من قبل الموظفين المعتمدين لدى الشركة المصنعة أو وكيلها.
• قد يضطر العميل إلى شراء إطارات جديدة أثناء إرسال الإطارات محل المطالبة للفحص.
• في حال موافقة وكيل الشركة المصنعة على المطالبة والتعويض، يتم رد قيمة التعويض المعتمدة إلى العميل.
• يتم احتساب تعويض الإطار وفقًا لنسبة استهلاك الإطار وحسب سياسة الشركة المصنعة.

• The tyre subject to the claim must be submitted together with the original purchase invoice.
• The tyre will be sent for inspection by the manufacturer’s authorized agent or approved inspection party.
• The complete inspection process may take from two (2) to three (3) weeks.
• The final decision after inspection and investigation shall be made by the manufacturer or its authorized personnel.
• The customer may need to purchase replacement tyres while the claimed tyres are being inspected.
• If the manufacturer’s agent approves the claim and compensation, the approved compensation amount will be refunded to the customer.
• Tyre compensation shall be calculated according to the percentage of tyre consumption and the manufacturer’s warranty policy.

2. الحالات غير المشمولة بضمان الإطارات  Tire Warranty Exclusions

لا يشمل ضمان الإطارات الحالات التالية:

• تلف الإطارات أو الأنابيب أو الربلات الناتج عن سوء الاستخدام أو التخزين غير السليم.
• الإطارات التي تم استخدامها بعد انتهاء العمر التشغيلي أو بعد استهلاك المداس الأصلي.
• الإطارات التي سبق إصلاحها أو إعادة تلبيسها أو تجديدها.
• استخدام مقاس إطار أو تصنيف حمولة غير مطابق لمواصفات المركبة.
• الأضرار الناتجة عن سوء ضبط الزوايا أو عدم اتزان العجلات أو عدم تدوير الإطارات بانتظام.
• الأضرار الناتجة عن وجود خلل في الفرامل أو المساعدات.
• نقص أو زيادة ضغط الهواء.
• سوء الصيانة أو الحمولة الزائدة.
• الأضرار الناتجة عن الزيوت أو المواد الكيميائية أو الحريق أو استخدام سلاسل الإطارات.
• الأضرار الناتجة عن السباقات أو المنافسات أو الحوادث أو الاصطدام أو السير على إطار فارغ.
• الأضرار الناتجة عن استخدام مقاس أو مواصفة غير مناسبة.
• التلف المتعمد أو سوء الاستخدام.
• العيوب الميكانيكية في المركبة أو العجلات، بما في ذلك اعوجاج الجنوط أو استخدام جنط بمقاس غير صحيح أو وجود قطع تالفة أو معيبة.
• الأضرار الناتجة عن استخدام مواد غير مناسبة في الإصلاح.
• أضرار الطريق مثل الثقوب أو القطوع أو الصدمات أو الحصى أو الكدمات وما شابه.
• أي ضرر ناتج عن فعل أو إهمال من المشتري أو المستخدم بما يخالف مواصفات أو تعليمات الشركة المصنعة.

The tyre warranty does not cover:

• Damage to tyres, tubes or flaps caused by misuse or improper storage.
• Tyres used beyond their original tread life or serviceable life.
• Tyres that have been repaired, recapped, reclaimed or renewed.
• Use of an incorrect tyre size or load rating contrary to the vehicle specifications.
• Damage caused by wheel misalignment, wheel imbalance, failure to rotate tyres regularly, defective brakes or shock absorbers, under-inflation, over-inflation, improper maintenance, overloading, oil or chemical action, fire, or use of tyre chains.
• Damage caused by racing or competition events, accidents, collision, or driving on a flat tyre.
• Damage caused by improper application of tyre size or specification, wilful damage, abuse, or mechanical irregularities in the vehicle or wheel, including bent wheel assemblies, incorrect wheel size, worn or faulty components.
• Damage resulting from the use of improper repair materials.
• Road hazard damage such as punctures, through cuts, impact breaks, stone damage, bruises or similar damage.
• Any other damage caused by the buyer’s or user’s act or omission which is not in conformity with the manufacturer’s specifications or instructions.

3. سياسة ضمان بطاريات السيارات Car Battery Warranty Policy

• تخضع جميع بطاريات السيارات لضمان الشركة المصنعة للبطارية.
• مدة الضمان القياسية للبطاريات هي اثنا عشر (12) شهرًا من تاريخ الشراء، ما لم يتم ذكر مدة مختلفة في الفاتورة.
• خلال فترة الضمان، في حال تعطل البطارية، يجب على العميل إحضار البطارية إلى نقطة البيع الخاصة بنا.
• يتحمل العميل جميع تكاليف نقل البطارية، ولا يتحمل البائع أي تكاليف نقل أو شحن.
• يجب تسليم البطارية المعيبة بحالتها الأصلية دون تفريغ الإلكتروليتات أو العبث بملصقات أو علامات الشركة المصنعة.
• يجب أن تبقى علامات الشركة المصنعة واضحة وسليمة لتحديد سبب العطل.
• يتم احتساب ضمان البطارية على أساس تناسبي (Pro-Rata) وفقًا لمدة الاستخدام وسياسة الشركة المصنعة.

• All car batteries are covered by the battery manufacturer’s warranty.
• The standard warranty period for car batteries is twelve (12) months from the date of purchase, unless a different period is stated on the invoice.
• During the warranty period, if the battery fails, the customer must bring the battery to our point of sale.
• The customer shall bear all transportation costs, and the seller shall not be responsible for any transportation or shipping costs.
• The defective battery must be delivered in its original condition without draining electrolytes or tampering with the manufacturer’s labels or markings.
• The manufacturer’s markings must remain clear and intact in order to identify the reason for failure.
• Battery warranty shall be calculated on a pro-rata basis according to the period of use and the manufacturer’s policy.

4. الحالات غير المشمولة بضمان البطاريات Battery Warranty Exclusions

لا يشمل ضمان البطاريات الحالات التالية:

• عدم قدرة العميل على تقديم الفاتورة الأصلية.
• إزالة أو إتلاف أو العبث بملصق الشركة المصنعة الموجود على البطارية.
• تلف جسم البطارية أو الأقطاب نتيجة الإهمال أو سوء الاستخدام أو الشد أو الكسر أو التسييل.
• انفجار البطارية أو تلفها بسبب كسر أو خلل في الدائرة الكهربائية الداخلية.
• تقديم البطارية بعد تفريغ الإلكتروليتات أو السوائل الداخلية.
• اختلاف فولتية دائرة الشحن في المركبة عن الحدود المسموح بها.
• استخدام البطارية لغير الغرض المخصص لها أو اختيار بطارية غير مناسبة للمركبة.
• استخدام البطارية في مركبة تحتوي على خلل أو معدات كهربائية غير سليمة.
• تخزين المركبة لفترة طويلة أو الاستخدام القليل جدًا للمركبة.
• اختلاف العلامات أو البيانات الموجودة على البطارية عن بطاقة الضمان أو الفاتورة.

The battery warranty does not cover:

• Failure by the customer to provide the original invoice.
• Removal, damage or tampering with the manufacturer’s label on the battery.
• Damage to the battery case or terminals due to negligence, misuse, pulling, breakage or melting.
• Battery explosion or damage caused by breakage or failure of the internal electrical circuit.
• Submitting the battery after draining the electrolytes or internal fluids.
• Charging voltage in the vehicle’s electrical circuit being outside the permitted limits.
• Use of the battery for an unintended purpose or selection of an incorrect battery for the vehicle.
• Use of the battery in a vehicle with faulty or improper electrical equipment.
• Long-term storage of the vehicle or very minimal vehicle usage.
• Markings or details on the battery not matching the warranty card or invoice.

5. ضمان الخدمات Services Warranty  

العربية

• لا يوجد ضمان على الخدمات مثل ميزان العجلات، أو ترصيص العجلات، أو أي خدمة ميكانيكية أخرى يتم تنفيذها لدى ميزان بيرفكت كواليتي الإلكتروني.
• بعد الانتهاء من الخدمة وتسليم المركبة للعميل، لا تتحمل ميزان بيرفكت كواليتي الإلكتروني المسؤولية عن أي أعطال أو مشاكل قد تظهر في المركبة بعد التسليم، ما لم يثبت أنها ناتجة مباشرة عن خطأ من المركز.

• There is no warranty on services such as wheel alignment, wheel balancing, or any other mechanical service performed by PERFACT QUALITY ELECTRONIC BALANCE.
• After completion of the service and handover of the vehicle to the customer, PERFACT QUALITY ELECTRONIC BALANCE shall not be responsible for any issues or defects that may occur to the vehicle after delivery, unless proven to have been directly caused by the center.

6. ضمان قطع الغيار Spare Parts Warranty

العربية

• لا يوجد ضمان من المركز على قطع الغيار التجارية (Aftermarket) أو قطع الغيار المستعملة.
• إذا كانت قطع الغيار أصلية، فإن الضمان يكون من الموزع أو الوكيل المعتمد لقطع الغيار في منطقة البيع، وليس من ميزان بيرفكت كواليتي الإلكتروني، ما لم يذكر خلاف ذلك خطيًا.

• Aftermarket parts and used parts are not covered by the center’s warranty.
• If the parts are genuine, the warranty shall be provided by the authorized parts distributor or dealer in the selling territory, and not by PERFACT QUALITY ELECTRONIC BALANCE, unless otherwise stated in writing.

7. سياسة الاسترجاع والاستبدال ورد المبالغ Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

• لا يتم قبول أي طلب استرجاع أو استبدال لأي منتج دون إبراز الفاتورة الأصلية.
• يتم قبول طلبات الاسترجاع أو الاستبدال خلال أسبوع واحد من تاريخ التسليم، بشرط أن يكون المنتج مؤهلًا للاسترجاع أو الاستبدال.
• يتم رد قيمة المنتجات المؤهلة إلى وسيلة الدفع الأصلية خلال مدة تصل إلى عشرة (10) أيام عمل من تاريخ قبول طلب الاسترجاع.
• إذا تم الدفع بواسطة بطاقة ائتمان، يتم رد المبلغ إلى نفس بطاقة الائتمان المستخدمة أثناء عملية الشراء.
• يتحمل العميل جميع تكاليف ورسوم الشحن أو الإرجاع.
• تحتفظ ميزان بيرفكت كواليتي الإلكتروني بالحق في رفض الاسترجاع أو الاستبدال أو التعويض إذا تم تركيب الإطارات أو استخدامها أو قيادتها أو فتحها أو تفريغها أو إتلافها أو استخدامها بأي طريقة أخرى من قبل العميل.
• بالنسبة للطلبات المدفوعة بواسطة Tabby أو Tamara، يتم تقديم طلب الاسترداد من خلال مزود خدمة الدفع المستخدم في عملية الشراء. وتخضع معالجة المبلغ وتحديث الأقساط أو إلغاؤها للمدة والإجراءات المعتمدة لدى Tabby أو Tamara.
• قد يستغرق ظهور المبلغ المسترد أو تحديث حالة الأقساط بعض الوقت بعد اعتماد عملية الاسترداد، وذلك وفقًا لإجراءات مزود خدمة الدفع والبنك أو الجهة المصدرة للبطاقة.
• لا يتم رد المبالغ نقدًا للطلبات التي تم دفعها إلكترونيًا أو من خلال Tabby أو Tamara، ويتم رد المبلغ حصريًا من خلال وسيلة الدفع الأصلية، ما لم يتطلب النظام أو مزود خدمة الدفع خلاف ذلك

• Returns or exchanges of any item will not be accepted without the original invoice.
• Returns or exchanges are accepted within one (1) week from the date of delivery, provided that the item is eligible for return or exchange.
• Eligible items will be refunded to the original method of payment within up to ten (10) working days from acceptance of the return request.
• If payment was made by credit card, the refund will be processed to the same credit card used during purchase.
• The customer shall bear all return shipping costs and related fees.
• PERFACT QUALITY ELECTRONIC BALANCE reserves the right to reject any return, exchange or compensation if tyres have been mounted, driven, unpacked, drained, damaged or used in any other way by the customer.
• For orders paid through Tabby or Tamara, the refund request will be processed through the payment provider used for the original transaction. The refund and any adjustment or cancellation of instalments will be subject to the processing times and procedures of Tabby or Tamara.
• The refunded amount or updated instalment status may take some time to appear after the refund has been approved, depending on the payment provider and the customer’s bank or card issuer.
• Refunds for orders paid electronically or through Tabby or Tamara will not be issued in cash. Refunds will be processed exclusively through the original payment method unless otherwise required by the applicable payment provider or system.
